Covid-19 pandemic | Cascais City Council measures
As part of the measures recommended by the Health General Directorate regarding this period of the Covid-19 pandemic, Cascais City Council has determined the following (last updated on 23rd march 2020):
MOBILITY
Cascais buses, Covid19 measures.
As a containment measure against #covid19, Cascais City Council informs:
The Open Door period on municipal buses is extended until the end of May.
Passenger access to municipal and intermunicipal buses is through the door at the back.
Passengers are exempted from displaying their tickets or passes in all municipal and intermunicipal routes.
A protection area is created inside the buses to ensure driver’s protection.
The disinfection of buses is reinforced.
Until April 15, busCas Nova SBE and School busCas Malveira-Cascais is suspended.
Until April 15, busCas Carcavelos operates under a modified schedule.
